Catholic Education : It’s a PRIVILEGE! LIA’s Catholic Identity is the foundation on which our school bases everything it does. We are not a secular school in which some religion classes are taught, but a school that wants to have Jesus Christ as the true center and ruler of all school life. We carefully choose our staff, not only on the basis of their academic competence, but also on their integrity as Christians and on their aims to give Christian orientation throughout all the courses in the academic field. LIA also includes in its curriculum, besides religion classes, the morning prayer, the daily celebration of the Eucharist, visits to the Most Blessed Sacrament, religious sharing days, prayer groups, and the encouragement of students to live a life of love for Jesus and of service to God and to others. The Religion Department takes role upon:
“The Religion Department is the heart of a Catholic School, and it’s every teachers’ duty to be role models to their students”
